Did some more work on Paper implementation, fixed colors in the actual messages themselves.
Refactored PlaceholderAPI expansion, Updated javadocs for StringsTextColor, and added StringsTextDecoration which is basically the same as StringsTextColor except for styles like bold, italic, etc. Other refactoring too.
Finished working on the StringsTextColor class that bridges bukkit, md_5 and adventure chat colors into one. Started work on the same thing for styles. Worked on various other related things too.
