Made little tubes for the pushrods to stay straight since i dont want them bending and stuff
Sadly i have to fly to spain in 2 days, and i doubt that in that timeframe ill be able to test the plane at all, so i decided to try and disassemble the whole thing and pack it into a 20x30cm box. Surprisingly, it fits perfectly with all the components and electronics
Actually made a decent assembly (not bothering with the wings yet), tested the thing and can confirm it drives, also tested tail servos and had to somehow attach then to the structure better bc they were moving themselves more than the tail
Somehow broke a tail servo (tu rned into a heater) and managed to get pushrod holder things into both tail servos at the end
Forgot i had to also fit an esc with the batteries :heavysob:, had to fiddle around for a while with that since i cant extend it to somewhere or make it shorter so the cables dont take up as much space, also managed to get the pushrod holder things into the wing servos, looking good so far, also had to make pushrods for the tail (pretty painful since theyre different lengths and i gotta make a servo offset)
Transmitter battery arrived! Only problem was that it did not fit into the battery slot i made :/, fiddled around a bit trying to fit it somewhere and just removed 60% of the front inner struct to fit the 2 batteries and receiver, gonna try making a full assembly pretty soon to check everything
Made the front wheel mount some time ago, turned out to be too low though so I had to remodel and reprint it
Printed and Assembled the tail, next goal is either front wheel or redo of the inner structure to support a rechsrgeable battery for the receiver
Absolutely cooked up a tail, had to print the control surface once to test aswell, overall im pretty happy with it, the little control surface on the bottom has a hole for the landing gear i received recently (whole kit for 3$ i love aliexpress), need to make the design for the front gears, thinking how i can do that without changing the fuselage
Printed the first parts of the fuselage and wings recently, accidentially broke them though so i had to patch up one wing a bit, assembled it all together and tested the whole contraption with the servos installed, works decently
