added desktop icons to the desktop. pulls from the /desktop folder
added a menu for easier launching of apps (no image because image uploading seems to be broken)

i spent a lot of time building Rumble, which is a client for clatter.work using Delta's DTK
the desktop is now a process. i added some more DTK components, and started developing container manager for managing docker on the server
Massive overhaul to processes. each process can now have multiple linked windows (not pictured here). meubar for more desktop-style application. work on moving the shell into a delta application like any other app instead of being static HTML
first time publicising and open-sourceing this project. multiple windows, terminal, file system. all running in a web browser, with a server providing the filesystem
